Journal Fields That Make Risk-to-Reward Visible

Open notebook with handwritten study notes

Skill compounds when reviews are structured. Free-form diaries help, but fixed fields make ratio habits visible across weeks.

For each candidate setup, record: structure context, invalidation, target reason, planned R, accept or skip, and later outcome. Add emotion only after the facts.

Separate process grades from P&L. A well-followed skip can score higher than a lucky chase. That distinction guides how we run Private Setup Reviews.

If your journal only stores screenshots, start adding one R sentence per chart. Tiny text beats empty galleries.
