Refund & cancellation

Scope

This policy covers App Willow Point training sessions: Risk-to-Reward Foundations, Setup Drill Lab, Ratio Journal Circle, and Private Setup Review. It does not cover third-party software, brokerage accounts, or products we do not sell.

Eligibility and timeframe

Full refund of fees paid (excluding non-refundable items below) if you cancel in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled session start. Cancellations between 6 days and 48 hours before start may receive a 50% refund of the session fee. Cancellations inside 48 hours are generally non-refundable.

Deposits

When a deposit is taken to hold a seat, it is applied to the session fee. Deposits become non-refundable inside the 48-hour window, or earlier if stated in your booking email when materials have already been prepared for you.

Non-refundable items

Printed workbook packs and custom chart packs prepared for a named attendee after printing or compilation has started are non-refundable. Digital notes already emailed after a completed session are non-refundable.

Work already started

For Private Setup Review, once the trainer has begun reviewing uploaded charts, the session fee is non-refundable even if you later miss the call. We will still deliver written notes from the review already performed.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. Fees are forfeited. A courtesy reschedule may be offered once at our discretion.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least 5 days’ notice and an alternative date exists within 60 days. Further reschedules may incur an administration fee of ₩40,000.

Partial refunds

If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that session, including deposit. If only part of a multi-evening Circle is cancelled by us, we refund the unused evening proportionally or offer a make-up seat.

Refund process and timing

Email studio@appwillowpoint.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable Korean consumer protection law for services not provided with due care and skill.
