Writing a Skip Threshold Before the Drill Starts
Changing your minimum R after you like a pattern is how soft stops and soft targets creep in. We ask learners to write a skip threshold at the top of the session sheet.
During timed drills, anything below that threshold is a skip — even if the pattern looks familiar. The point is literacy and discipline, not finding a trade.
Training focus: describe risk and reward without inventing an order. Measurement comes before strategy design.
Setup Drill Lab grades how often you honour your own threshold, not how often a historical chart later moved.
